What

Please support Time Zone in the DATEPARSE function.

How

As defined by UCI in  Formatting Dates and Times.

Why

So it is easy to convert various time zone codes to datetime on the fly.

One example is returning GMT/UTC for this ISO8601 time zone format:

DATEPARSE("yyyy-MM-dd'T'hh:mm:ssxx", "2015-02-20T20:18:48-00:00")2015-02-20 20:18:48
DATEPARSE("yyyy-MM-dd'T'hh:mm:ssxx", "2015-02-20T20:18:48+08:00")2015-02-20 12:18:48
DATEPARSE("yyyy-MM-dd'T'hh:mm:ssxx", "2015-02-20T20:18:48-08:00")2015-02-21 04:18:48

After that it is easy to add or subtract hours for personal local time.

Inspiration

The question  Using DATEPARSE() to Parse ISO8601 Dates  by  Braxton Ehle  inspired this idea and is yet another example of  The specified item was not found..
