I have some bittersweet news today. I'm moving to a new role at Tableau, so this will be my last Quick Fix blog post. My current role on the Quick Fix team hasn't been filled yet, so this blog will be pretty quiet for awhile. Before I leave, however, I've been trying to get as many articles published as possible, so we have a long list of new articles today.

Good news: The How To article template should now be fixed. If you notice any lingering problems, let me know.

 

We also had a big push to publish articles last week, which resulted in 29 new Quick Fix articles:

 

 

Finally, I am going to be out of town for a week and a half starting next Monday, so blog posts might be a little light for the next couple of weeks. I will try to write one in advance for next week, and whether we have one the week after next depends on how many articles are published in my absence.

New Quick Fix Articles

We had a whopping 22 new Quick Fix articles published last week:

 

You might also have noticed that the survey at the bottom of the articles has changed slightly. At the bottom of each Knowledge Base and Quick Fix article, we ask if the article resolved your issue. If you click "No," whereas we previously simply allowed you to leave comments, we now ask why the article was not helpful:
