Hello everyone, I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I'm taking over the Digest for Tracy Rodgers this week as she has a team event today. Let's get to it!

Our Community redesign has been going great and we've been collecting feedback and making tweaks as necessary. We want everyone to be as excited about the new Community as we are so please share your feedback here: Tableau Community Upgrade Feedback . Patrick Van Der Hyde is hard at work planning the next Think Data Thursday event for mid-January, on the Javascript API ... more information to follow shortly!

We have two newcomers to the "I Know Stuff" badge which recognizes ten responses having been marked as a "Correct Answer': Jonathan TRAJKOVIC and Norbert Maijoor. I have seen both Norbert and Jonathan on our forums over the past year or so and this recognition is long overdue. Aside from providing consistently helpful and thoughtful answers, it's also great to see an international presence on our forums with Jonathan representing France and Nobert the Netherlands. Thanks for all you do! :-)

Most Talked About Thread

I'm always impressed at how Richard Leeke's Grow Your Own Filled Maps continues to evolve and elicit discussion. Richard's thread contains two utilities that users can download and use: ShapeToTab and TabGeoHack. While TabGeoHack is completely unsupported, the thread continues to help users get the most out of Tableau. Check it out to see how users are expanding their use of maps in Tableau.

(One of the) Top Viewed Threads

Jatin Grover's thread ODBC Data Source through Tableau Server has been gaining a lot of views after our own Cor Bader commented that as of Tableau Server 9.2 ODBC connections now support aggregates. The thread began in 2012 but now has a happy ending!

Top Voted Idea

This week's top voted idea comes from Shawn Wallwork: Stop Changing Filters & Colors When Replacing Data Source, which has been a popular request with 28 upvotes.
